Wizards of Washington Ticket Policy

1. All purchases are non-refundable. Transfers may be available on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact info@wizardsofwashington.com .

2. All ticket purchasers agree to electronic notifications. This means you agree to check the website, Facebook or email for event related news. We will use your provided email to send updates.

3. By purchasing a ticket and attending a WOW (Wizards of Washington) event, you hereby accept to abide by the rules and regulations listed in the WoW Ticket Policy, General Rules & Regulations, day of instructions, and the event venue's rules and regulations. Rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. Violation of any rule or regulation could be grounds for immediate removal from the event and revoking of ticket without refund.

4. The event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancel without notice. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, classes, performances, crafts etc are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. Every effort will be made to announce any changes, but last minute changes will occur.

5. Each ticket is a revocable license to attend the event. WOW reserves the right to refuse or withdraw ticket without refund for not following the rules and guidelines. All tickets must be picked up on site during hours of registration as no physical items will be mailed. Your email receipt is your ticket confirmation. Ticket must be used by the same person that matches the name on the registration at the event.

6. Every attendee, presenter, vendor, special guest, press, volunteer, and staff must always have badge visible.

7. All children under 13 are required to have an adult (18+) attendee present with them while at WOW. Any person attending must have a badge. Ticket must be used by the same person on the registration each day of the event. We strongly recommend all minors (those under 18) attend with an adult.

8. We are not responsible for lost items, including tickets. Please remember to keep an eye on your belongings and be sure not to leave them unguarded. We will not replace lost tickets. Any items that are found will be given to the lost and found location in the registration booth. After hours email info@wizardsofwashington.com.

9. All classes, panels, activities, vendor alley, events and select lodging are accessible. We will do our best to accommodate getting into any area of the event. Attendee can apply for a Medical Pass and plus one assistant to have someone to help. Attendee must request one by email at info@wizardsofwashington.com. Attendee and assistant must still purchase a badge.

10. WOW security will be on site. Bag checks may occur at any time for any reason. If you see something, say something. Please go immediately to any staff member.

11. Our events are zero tolerance.  No harassment, disruptive behavior, and ill intent behavior at WOW events. This applies to everyone at the event. If you encounter any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or ill intent while attending the event notify event staff or security immediately.

12. For safety reasons, the following are never allowed to be used indoors on campus: stilts, remote control vehicles, drones, roller skates, rollerblades, and other forms of recreational wheeled transport.

13. The attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting your ticket and attending the event, the attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk, regardless of severity, of bodily injury, property damage, or death whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of WOW, Event Location, partners, or other attendees.
